Trading desk
Send the cargo details. We will send a number.
The form below asks for the same five things we would otherwise have to email you about — product, quantity, delivery basis, port and window. Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank; a partial enquiry still gets an answer.
Cargo enquiry
Tell us what you need moved.
Everything marked with an amber mark is required. Everything else helps us quote more accurately the first time instead of coming back with questions.

What happens next
Three steps between your message and a firm offer.
- Step one
- We read the enquiry and come back the same working day — with an indication, or with the two or three questions that stand between us and one.
- Step two
- Once the commercial shape is agreed, we exchange company documentation and screen both sides. This is quick when the paperwork is ready and slow when it is not.
- Step three
- A firm offer follows, carrying the full specification, quantity and tolerance, laycan, Incoterm, price and payment terms, with a stated validity.
Contact questions
A few things worth knowing before the first email.
We would rather set expectations here than have them set by silence.
How quickly will someone reply?
Do you need company documents up front?
Can we visit the office?
What if my enquiry is not really about buying?
Still easier to just ask.
If the form does not fit what you need, write in your own words. Somebody on the desk reads every message that arrives.
